By accessing or using Crudely (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crudely allows users to submit a prompt describing an app or SaaS idea, answer AI-generated clarifying questions, and receive a set of generated documentation files (including but not limited to PRD, TRD, UI Flow, App Flow, Backend Schema, Implementation Plan) in Markdown format.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Crudely is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are listed at [INSERT PRICING PAGE URL].
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

5. Generated Content: Ownership & Disclaimers

• You retain ownership of the prompts, answers, and inputs you provide.
• You own the documents generated for your projects and may use them freely for your own products.
• Generated documents (including legal/policy templates) are provided "as is" and are AI-generated starting points. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and, where relevant (e.g., generated Privacy Policy or Terms templates for your own product), having them reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on or publishing them.
• Crudely makes no guarantee that generated technical documents (e.g., Backend Schema, TRD) are complete, secure, or production-ready without your own review.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI generation systems beyond normal use.
• Share account access in violation of your subscription's seat limits.

7. Intellectual Property

The Crudely platform, including its software, question-generation logic, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our underlying platform or technology.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crudely and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via email or in-app notice before taking effect.
